If buyer pay for service and hire a developer and developer reject then task then payment will be refund and will be credit to buyer's account in workandhire.com

If you have not chosen any developer , your project get canceled and remove from workandhire open jobs. No feedback required.
If you have developer or developers working on your hourly project, you need to stop the project before canceling .After project has been stopped for 10 minutes you are able to cancel the project.

If you have developer or developers working on your fix price project and need to cancel the project, the project will be going to the "dispute".
