Commission: 

Freelancers and job seekers are required to pay a 5% commission once they have secured a job or sold their products or services and the transaction is completed. This commission will be deducted after the freelancer has received their payment. 

Service Fee :

  Following the successful purchase of a service, product, or hiring of a freelance job seeker, the buyer/  employer will incur a 1% service fee. This fee will be deducted from their respective purchases.

 Deposit :

At WorkAndHire, you have the flexibility to either pay for your purchases immediately or deposit funds to make purchases later. Depositing funds using credit cards, PayPal, or Stripe is instant, although in some cases, it may take up to 24 hours to process. If you choose to deposit funds through bank direct debit (bank to bank), it may take up to 14 business days before the balance is updated in your WorkAndHire account. Please be aware that you can only make purchases when you have sufficient funds available in your WorkAndHire balance. 

Note:

The sender bears the responsibility for the transaction fee. At WorkandHire, we only adjust the amount after deducting the bank transaction fee. 

Accepted Payment Method:

We accept payments via PayPal, Stripe, credit card, and bank deposit. Additionally, you can conveniently pay using Link, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or AliPay through our Stripe payment system. 

Withdrawal Options: 

 You have the flexibility to withdraw your balance at any time using the following payment methods: 

• PayPal 
• Bank direct debit
•  Stripe
•  Payoneer

 Note:

The processing time for withdrawals typically ranges from 3 to 7 days. However, it's important to note that your bank may take up to 14 business days to receive the funds.
