Got over 10 years of experience working on the phone and a computer in roles such as international inbound customer support, inbound business support, business development executive, sales & cold calling. Also include a short period in email & chat support. My whole career I've been working for companies located in North America mostly, then Australia for a couple of years & a little bit in the UK. Some of my skills or hobbies are drawing, sketching, writing lyrics, & manchester united. I design shoes & t-shirts by drawing on them when I get time. And I play football a bit, but I never miss a Manchester United match.</p>
